Yoga Instructors have a big job. We can relate. From creating classes from scratch, theming, integrating props, choosing the perfect songs, making sure your class is cohesive, then driving to each studio to teach your classes, and repeat the next day.
It's a lot of work - hours upon hours of planning and scheduling. You want to make sure your efforts are protected in case someone decides you inappropriately adjusted them, or worse yet, they were injured during your class.

Elizabeth is an RYT 500 Power Vinyasa Instructor and Yoga Therapist from CorePower Yoga and Loyola Marymount University in 2013 and 2015, respectively, and earned a BA in Business Administration and Information systems from California State University, Fullerton. She launched Beyond Namaste in 2016, an on-site yoga service for companies in Orange County and San Diego, CA.
Her mission for Yogabossbabe is to bridge the gap between teacher training and growing a viable yoga business, offering workshops and tools to support the teaching lifestyle.
